At Daniel Gorman India, every watch is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. We proudly offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
What is Covered
Our warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in the watch movement or internal mechanism.
- Repair or replacement of defective parts, at our discretion.
- Parts and labor for eligible warranty claims at no additional cost.
A valid proof of purchase is required to claim warranty services.
What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Battery replacement or battery depletion.
- Normal wear and tear from everyday use.
- Scratches, dents, fading, or cosmetic damage.
- Damage to the strap, bracelet, glass, case, coating, or plating.
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper handling, water exposure beyond the stated water-resistance level, or negligence.
- Watches that have been repaired, modified, or serviced by unauthorized persons.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or unofficial channels.
Warranty Terms
Daniel Gorman India reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any warranty claim. If the issue is covered under this policy, the watch will be repaired or replaced with the same or an equivalent model, subject to availability.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
